The pictures speak for themselves. The concrete and stone work around my house was super dirty when I moved in and I’ve been holding off on getting it power washed due to the price, but 949 Pressure Wash was so reasonably priced and the end result was so good that I wish I would have called them sooner.

Edgar of 949 Pressure Wash LLC just transformed our 42 year old Spanish tile roof from looking like it definitely needed a good pressure washing to a clean looking roof now. While Edgar was on the roof, he texted us before and after photos. Gutters and downspouts were also cleaned. He and one helper did an amazing job pressure washing the roof and afterwards did a light pressure washing of the entire outside of the house and even cleaned all our windows and screens at the end of the job. The estimate and contract were given to us ahead of time and a convenient date was arranged. There were no hidden costs or surprises. It was a real pleasure to work with Edgar and his helper. We recommend 949 Pressure Wash LLC highly.

Edgar at 949 power washing was extremely responsive and respectful throughout the whole process from inquiry to job completion. Edgar promptly returned my initial call. He quickly scheduled a home visit provide an accurate quote to power wash our tile roof. His price was very reasonable and he thoroughly explained what services he would provide. Day of service he explained in detail how long the procedure would last. He was excellent and cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend 949 power washing.

On a Saturday I called 949 Pressure Washing and left a voice mail after reading their positive Google Reviews. I assumed I would get a call back on the following Monday. However, the owner, Edgar, returned my call immediately and arranged to come to my home 2 hours later to provide an estimate! We agreed on a price and set a date for the next week. Edgar was timely, did an excellent job of power washing the tile roof, the exterior of the house, plus three wooden patio covers. Due to Tropical Storm Hilary forecast for 3 days later, we set date for the next week to clean the windows inside and out. He arrived right on the agreed time and completed the window job, which of the price package I purchased. I feel 100% confident in recommending Edgar and 949 Pressure Washing to anyone needing his services.
